Learning Standards – Always Up, Never Down

In this program, you practice at PCC standards even if you’re preparing for ACC.

From the start, Tina & Linh Phạm have taught with PCC as the baseline. No matter your current training hours (Level 1 or Level 2), you study at the depth equivalent to PCC. Why? Because learning has no ceiling—only expansion. The higher the coach’s level, the greater the benefit for clients.

  • For Level 1 coaches: You gain depth and confidence, already preparing toward PCC standards even before accumulating enough hours.

  • For Level 2 coaches: You build the strong foundation needed for self-assessment, handling coaching challenges professionally, and preparing to become a mentor for future ACC coaches.

This course includes in-depth study of the 8 Core Competencies with PCC Markers, the latest Code of Ethics, extensive scenario-based exercises with answers, and two full mock exams with instructor debriefs.

Special focus is placed on distinguishing coaching from other modalities (e.g., therapy), which often appear in exam questions.
