90-Day Success in a New Role
Designed for leaders who want to step into a new role with clarity, instead of simply trying to “keep up.”
This is not a “trial call.” And it is not a conversation where you are told what to do. This is a minimum two‑hour working session, designed for people who are in a period of transition — stepping into a new role, shifting direction, or facing important choices — but don’t yet see clearly enough to decide.
are in the first 90 days of a new role, or in a significant transition
have been thinking a lot, but the more you think, the more tangled or stuck it feels
are not lacking capability, but are draining energy from having to “handle everything on your own” for too long
want a conscious, grounded decision — not a repeated pattern that leads to the same familiar outcome
We work directly with what is actually happening, not what “should be happening.” Together we will:
See your current context clearly: what pressure comes from the role, and what pressure you are adding on your own
Differentiate between: – what you carry because of responsibility – and what you hold because of old beliefs or old fears
Name the core blockage — the thing that, if not seen clearly, will make every strategy or next decision unstable
I don’t give advice. And I don’t try to steer you toward my direction. My role is to hold a space that is steady, honest, and sharp enough for you to hear your own answers — without the noise of pressure, expectations, or old habits.
clarity on what truly needs to be addressed right now
a conscious choice for your next step — whether or not you continue working with me
the sense of standing back on your own feet, instead of spinning in your head
Some people only need one conversation like this. Others realize they need a longer process of accompaniment. We only talk about next steps if — and when — it is genuinely needed.
This conversation is not suitable if you are looking for:
quick advice
someone to decide for you
a way to “feel better” without shifting how you see or choose
Duration: minimum 2 hours
Format: 1–1, in person or online
This is a standalone session, not a commitment to any other program
